DNS Hosting – Domain Registration FAQ
OpenAIR Systems Ltd – Domain Name Registrant Terms and Conditions.
All .uk registrations are subject to the nominet terms and conditions as described here. A printed copy of these terms will be provided and must be signed by the customer to indicate agreement for each registration requested.
OpenAIR Systems only register/manage domain names for existing SLA Contract customers. Please see your existing SLA agreement for our full terms and conditions. If you wish to cancel your agreement, we will make arrangements and assist you with the transfer of your registrations to an alternative provider. No charges will be levied for transfers as a result of a customer cancellation.
Charges for domain registrations or other related services are as described in your existing customer SLA.
Registration Customer Service.
We endeavour to respond to all customer communication within 2 working days.
If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us by email at dns@openairsystems.co.uk or by phone on 02081233090. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days, and in normal circumstance will resolve your issue within 5 working days. Should you be unhappy with the response you receive, you may contact the technical manager directly at hostmaster@openairsystems.co.uk. The manager will review and investigate the complaint and provide a response within 5 working days.
